TAMM Solutions

A bilingual website and booking system for a Dutch legal and accounting firm, so founders and expats can find the right help and ask for it in their own language.

The client

TAMM Solutions is a boutique firm in the Netherlands. They help entrepreneurs, expats and companies with the parts of Dutch life that come with paperwork: setting up a company, accounting and tax, immigration, and letters from the government.
Most of their clients are new to the Dutch system. They arrive with an urgent question, often in a second language, and they need to know quickly whether this firm can help.

What they needed

  • A site that explains a complicated service in plain terms, in English and in Dutch.
  • A clear path for two very different visitors: a business setting up in the Netherlands, and a person sorting out their own situation.
  • An easy way to request a consultation, without the team chasing emails.
  • Control over their own content, without calling a developer for every change.

What we did

Design

A calm, readable layout for a serious subject. The services split into two doors, For businesses and For individuals, so each visitor only reads what applies to them.

The website

Every page exists in English and Dutch, and visitors can switch at any time. Each service has its own page explaining what it covers and who it is for. An Insights section gives the team a place to publish guides on the questions their clients ask most.

Booking a consultation

Visitors pick a service and send a request in a minute. They get a confirmation email straight away, and the team gets an alert. The team answers from their dashboard, and the reply reaches the client by email. If someone sends the same request twice, the form tells them it is already on its way instead of creating a duplicate.

Behind the scenes

A private dashboard where the team manages services, articles, images and incoming requests, in both languages. Team members get their own accounts, with separate permissions for admins and owners.

Being found

Every page has its own title and description for search engines, in both languages. Search engines are told which version is English and which is Dutch, so people land on the right one. A sitemap lists every page and article, so new guides are picked up quickly.

Trust and safety

Privacy, terms, cookie and disclaimer pages written for Dutch and EU rules. The booking form is protected against spam and abuse, and the dashboard sits behind a secure login.

Where it is now

The first version went live in March 2026, about a week after work began. We kept improving it after launch, because the version after launch is part of the work. It is live at tammsolutions.nl.
